Welcome to our new office!
Continued growth has prompted a move to a new location for our Victoria office. What makes this move special is that our new office space is a registered Heritage Home through the Victoria Heritage Foundation.
Located at 1480 Fort Street, Victoria, BC, this Heritage Home, known as Argos, was built in 1907 by designer/builder, David Bale of D.H. Bale and was his personal residence and business office. Bale designed and built several houses in the Victoria area, many of which are still standing today.
As you enter the front doors of Alitis’ new office, there are several elements of the décor and design that are commemorative of its time, the most eye-catching being the stained-glass window.
About the Neighbourhood
This Heritage Home is a part of the well-known Rockland Heritage area. Rockland is a historic neighbourhood in Victoria, located on an escarpment overlooking the Juan de Fuca Strait and the Olympic Mountains. The Rockland area was developed in the early 1880’s from the 500-acre Douglas Estate called “Fairfield Farm”.
What To Expect Upon Arrival
At Alitis, your comfort is important to us. The main entrance is on Fort Street and parking is available southwest to the building, also accessed via Fort Street.
